4 Tips and Exercises for Losing Saddlebag Fat

The ideal way to get good results is to mix cardio (see below) and targeted muscle strengthening. If you are not registered in a gym, it is possible to do exercises from your living room to lose your saddlebags. To do this, repeat several exercises:

-Squats (to be done during each workout and whenever you can during the day, for example while cooking, getting ready in the morning, brushing your teeth in the evening, etc.)

  • Oblique crunches
  • Forward and side lunges
  • Burpees
  • Pelvic raises to be performed on the floor
  • Donkey kicks
  • Jumping jack
  • Leg lifts to the side while standing
  • Etc.

To succeed in your sessions, perform three sets of 10 and then increase the pace. You can also do 30 to 45 seconds per exercise and per side.
