Steps to Create a Metallic Eyeshadow and Blue Liner Pop Look:
Step 1:
On your lids, use primer (optional- you can also apply under the lower lash line). After that, let it dry completely before proceeding. If you don’t have a primer, this is the time to get one. You may use a translucent powder to set your foundation and concealer on the eye region.
Step2:
Apply your warm metallic shade to your eyelid, above your crease, down your lower lash line, and around your eye, slightly extending the outer corner, for this step. Apply with a basic eyeshadow brush on the lid and just above the crease. With your blending brush, soften the sharp lines. Blend your outside corner upwards and outwards as well. Use a tiny shader, smudger, or an eyeshadow pencil brush to apply down your lower lash line and around the outside border of your eye.
3rd step:
Apply a black or dark grey eyeshadow down the lash line to the upper, outer 2/3 of the lash line and the lower, outside corner of the eye.

A little strip of artificial lashes was placed to the model’s outer corner for this appearance. In a later post, we’ll go through how to apply artificial lashes. As a newbie, all you need to do is curl your lashes and apply a volumizing mascara!! If your lashes are short, start with a lengthening mascara and then finish with a volumizing mascara.
