7. Facial yoga – Cheek Lift
Tone and tighten sagging cheeks. Smoothes out cheek folds for a younger-looking face.
Execution: Smile as wide as you can while sitting.
Place your index and middle fingers on both of your cheeks. Raise your cheekbones toward your eyes. Hold it there for 30-45 seconds, then relax. Repeat as many times as you can.
8. Facial yoga – Neck Roll
The most effective technique to get rid of a double chin is to roll your neck. It tones the muscles of your chin, jawline, and neck. It tightens the skin on your neck, reducing drooping and wrinkles.
Execution : Sit with your back against the wall and your head forward. Bend your head to one side, parallel to your chin, and turn it in a circular motion. Maintain a straight spine and a relaxed posture. Circular motions should be made in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions. Your shoulders should not rise above your ears.
